Biocidal products placed on the market comply with EC regulation 528/2012, in particular article 70 for the safety data sheet, if they contain substances covered by regulation REACH .
Article 31 of the REACH regulation states that:
"The supplier of a substance or mixture shall provide the recipient of the substance or mixture with a safety data sheet drawn up in accordance with Annex II of the same regulation.annex II of the same regulation".
This article also specifies that:
" la safety data sheet need not be provided when dangerous substances or mixtures offered or sold to the general public are accompanied by sufficient information to enable users to take the necessary measures for the protection of human health, safety and security and environnement ".
