Maintenance of facades and roofs

Maintaining facades and roofs means dealing with the proliferation of lichens, mosses, algae and fungi. Numerous organisms are capable of thriving on the exterior surfaces of homes. A biocide treatment will provide long-lasting protection for the facade or roof, but sooner or later, the passage of time will alter the surfaces, depositing dirt and providing a foothold for the development of lichens and mosses. The façade or roof will then need to be treated with ORGANCIDE QC 50.

The treatment of facades and roofs will be done after removal of as many deposits as possible by brushing with water. The treatment must be carried out in dry weather.

ORGANCIDE QC 50 is used at a concentration of 5% in water. The effectiveness of the treatment can be checked with the naked eye. After treatment, lichens and mosses turn brown and disappear.
