Description

Avoid fuel contamination and problems caused by clogged filters: breakdowns, downtime, costly interventions.

- For the following contaminated fuels: diesel, gas oil, domestic fuel oil, fuel oil, FOD (Fuel Oil Domestic), middle distillates

PROPERTIES

- Broad spectrum of action against micro-organisms in fuel and water phases thanks to good partition coefficient.
- Soluble in water.
- Does not affect the properties of fuel and fuel additives.
- Does not affect surfaces
- Compatible with fuel additives and materials such as gaskets.

FEATURES

- Highly effective active ingredient: Mixture of 1.15% 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 0.35% 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one
- Specific gravity: 1.055
- Solubility: soluble in water, in polar solvents and in aliphatic solvents at normal application rates.

DOSAGE

- Preventive treatment: 1.5 liters per 10,000 liters of fuel (150 ppm)
- Curative treatment: 3 liters per 10,000 liters of fuel (300 ppm)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- Add FUELCIDE D1.5 to the fuel tank containing 1/10 of its total capacity before fuel delivery to facilitate mixing.
- Recommendations :
* FUELCIDE D1.5 must not be added to an empty tank.
* Handle with care as it is corrosive.
